Client Account Manager (IT Products and Services)
 
Position:
This position is for a confident candidate that processes all the key skills to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate is expected to be able to carry out the required tasks with ease. Note, full training will be provided on all of our internal systems.
 

  • Excellent level of product knowledge being technically aware and having the ability to provide complete solutions
  • Proactive engagement of customers and prospects, with regular phone calls and meetings
  • Develop an excellent customer relationships through the provision of an outstanding quality service
  • Generating proposals, quotations and invoices
  • Identify new opportunities with existing customers
  • Managing operational matters relating to each project
  • Liaising with internal Technical engineers to scope and project plan solutions

Candidate Specification:
You will be tasked with providing excellent product knowledge and support to customer portfolios. The successful applicant will possess.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building long term relationships with customer and clients
  • Proven track record with the IT Account Management or IT Sales (ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience)
  • Consultative approach towards sales
  • Proactively engages customer account set
  • Keeping all customer correspondence up to date
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal English)
  • Familiar with the use of CRM systems
  • Microsoft Office skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
